While the vision for the International Weather Experience Center @ Buffalo includes "interactive, entertaining exhibits, awe-inspiring programs and unforgettable weather-related experiences," our premise is steeped in the science of meteorology. In addition to creating a tourist destination on Buffalo's waterfront, we fully intend for IWEC to be a functioning weather science and research facility, and a forum for academic thought.
